Summer Fruit

Right around the 4th of July here in the States, I remembered my family’s childhood tradition of getting a ton of fresh fruit and vegetables at food stands for a feast before fireworks. This turned into an explosion of food stands, sundae stands, fair contests, and cookouts, along with all the fruits you might want for those occasions. This would be a perfect collection to adapt for summer tableware, kitchen decor, or even tote bags!

(Unfortunately this was later overshadowed by food safety considerations, but I’m glad I got to indulge in all the fruits in art form still, even as I boil my peaches. But they can never take my corn on the cob away! :) )
